Privacy Policy

Who this policy is for

This policy explains information handling for GNB Classes at gnbclasses.com, an online learning platform of Sai Computer. It covers our typing practice tools, games and enquiries sent to our contact email.

Information you provide and technical information

When you email us, we receive your email address, the name shown by your email service, your message and any attachments you choose to include. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, investigate a reported problem or handle a correction request.

Our hosting provider may record technical information when serving website pages, such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, date and time, and error information. Such records support website delivery, security and troubleshooting.

Please use the supplied practice text in typing exercises and avoid entering passwords, financial information or other sensitive personal details into practice boxes.

Typing games and browser storage

The English and Kruti Dev Hindi games calculate scores in your browser. They use local storage to remember best scores separately for each game, difficulty and round length. These game features do not require you to register an account, and their scoring code does not send typed game input or scores to a server.

Some other practice tools may also save results or preferences in your browser. Local storage remains on that browser until it is cleared. It is different from a cookie and is not automatically included in every web request.

Where an administrator signs in to manage blog content, an essential session cookie is used for authentication. Visitors do not need an administrator account to read public pages.

Service providers and external links

Website hosting and email services process the information needed to deliver pages and handle messages. Their own privacy policies also apply to their services. Information you email may be stored in our email account and processed by the email provider.

Our pages may link to reference material or other websites. Opening an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. We do not control that service.

Advertising and Google services

If Google AdSense advertising is enabled on a page, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Google’s advertising cookies can enable ads based on visits to this website and other websites, depending on your settings and applicable consent choices.

You can learn more about how Google uses information from partner sites and manage personalised advertising through Google My Ad Center. Browser cookie controls and advertising preferences are separate from the local game-score storage described above.

This section describes advertising when enabled; it is not a claim that every page displays ads. We will update this policy when introducing services that change how visitor information is handled.

Your choices and retention

You can clear cookies and local storage for gnbclasses.com through your browser’s site-data settings. Doing so may reset saved scores and preferences or sign you out of an administrator session. Clearing browser storage does not delete messages you have already emailed to us.

You may contact us to request correction or deletion of information you sent by email. We will review the request, confirm which information it concerns and explain any limits on what we can remove. Browser-stored scores can be removed directly from your device.

Email and hosting records are subject to the relevant service settings and backup arrangements; browser-stored game results have no automatic expiry in the game code. Contact us if you need information about a particular enquiry or record.

Students and safe use

Our resources are educational and may be used by students. Young learners should seek a parent’s, guardian’s or teacher’s help before emailing personal information. Please tell us if you believe a child has sent personal information that should be removed.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Send only the information needed for your enquiry and do not share passwords or sensitive documents.
